Super Easy Chicken & Couscous Salad


A super easy mid-week dinner!


DIRECTIONS

  1. Prep the couscous in a bowl with the gorgeous San Elk Chicken Stock - in only 2 minutes!

  2. Airfry chicken thighs

  3. Chop up cucumber, olives and tomatoes

  4. Assemble! Chop chicken straight into the bowl with scissors, crumble over feta and top with greek dressing.
